Privacy notice

Updated: 2 October 2026

This notice covers only the public website www.kinkcoach.eu and enquiries sent through it. Other projects have separate arrangements.

Who is responsible

Jen W. provides the sessions and is responsible for personal information sent to Kinkcoach. Jen appears on this website as Jen Dom*ina.

For privacy requests, W1 Concept Ltd is Jen’s authorised contact point: info@w1concept.com, 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Company number 10698572. W1 does not provide or invoice the sessions and does not automatically receive ordinary enquiries. You may also write to info@kinkcoach.eu.

Website delivery and security

The website runs on our own infrastructure. To deliver a page, the server processes necessary connection information, including IP address, time, requested address, response status and browser details. Access and error logs help deliver the site, diagnose faults and counter attacks. Jen relies on the legitimate interest in a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR and, where applicable, EU GDPR).

Web server logs rotate weekly; up to four older non-empty access logs and ten older error logs are retained. Application logs may remain until their container is replaced. Security incidents and recovery backups may require longer retention. These rotation counts do not promise a fixed number of days. Images and fonts are served by our own server; the form uses no external CAPTCHA service.

Contact form and email

If you introduce yourself, the form sends your name, email address and message to the separate project address info@kinkcoach.eu, an alias of Jen’s Kinkcoach mailbox. WordPress does not create an additional database copy of the message text. Replies to external recipients use the existing Mailjet outbound service. The recipient’s mail provider also processes the reply.

Jen uses these details only to assess and answer your request and, if both sides wish, prepare a session. Steps requested before a possible contract rely on Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR; other correspondence relies on the legitimate interest in responding (Article 6(1)(f)). The form does not sign you up for marketing. You may email instead. A reachable email address and an understandable enquiry are needed if you want a reply.

Please keep your first message general. You need not disclose anything about your sex life, health or other particularly sensitive circumstances. Even a session enquiry may reveal personal interests. The form therefore requires a separate, initially unticked explicit consent statement before sending. It permits Jen to use the enquiry, including any sensitive details you choose to include, only to assess and answer it (Article 9(2)(a) UK GDPR where relevant). A record of that statement accompanies the message. You can withdraw this consent for future processing via the contacts above.

To prevent abuse, the form uses an IP-related check value protected with a server secret and a counter for up to one hour. Successful sending creates a random receipt valid for 30 minutes for a single success measurement; it contains no name and is deleted when used. Correspondence is retained while needed to handle the enquiry, a possible agreement, statutory duties or legal claims. Older backups may contain copies.

Cookie choices

“Accept all” currently allows the local basic statistics. “Only necessary” stops them. “Settings” shows what is available; Google Analytics is switched off. All three choices are equally accessible. The website works with either choice. You can change your choice or object to future local counting at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Past daily totals cannot be linked back to you.

StoragePurposeDuration
__Host-kc_consentRemembers only your choice and its time, without a visitor ID.Up to 180 days; choosing again starts a new period.

Remembering your choice is necessary to respect it. Where this involves personal data, Jen relies on the legitimate interest in implementing your decision. No Google Analytics cookie is currently set. A button at the bottom of the page lets you object to local statistics without JavaScript.

Our own basic statistics

We count page requests and enquiries successfully handed to the mail server as daily totals. Only UTC date, public page ID, count type and total are stored. This statistic does not store IP addresses, visitor IDs, browser profiles, message contents, referrers or complete URLs. The numbers describe requests and sends, not unique people; they are not added to Google figures or sent to Google.

This limited counting helps improve the website. If connection data is processed while a request is counted, Jen relies on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). The UK statistical-purposes exception for device access applies where relevant, with a simple free way to object. Choose “Only necessary”, turn off local statistics in “Settings”, or use the button without JavaScript. DNT and GPC signals also stop future counts. Requests already merged into a daily total cannot be linked back to a person. Daily totals are automatically deleted after at most 400 days.

Google Analytics is not active

This website currently sends no visits, form results or measurement pings to Google Analytics. It loads no Google Analytics library or cookies. The possible use of Google Analytics on a site about private sessions requires a separate privacy and provider-policy review. Before any future activation, we would update this notice and ask for a new, explicit choice. Your current choice cannot silently enable Google later.

Recipients, backups and your rights

Only people authorised for this project have access. Local and encrypted off-site backups in Microsoft OneDrive protect against data loss. Contents and file and folder names are encrypted before transfer. Microsoft processes technical information needed to provide storage. Routine backups are reduced under the backup schedule; individual maintenance snapshots may be retained longer for recovery. After a restore, any intervening deletion must be applied again.

Depending on the legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. Use the contacts above and please avoid intimate details in a privacy request. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or, where EU GDPR applies, a competent EU authority.
